We pay attention to little things that make a big difference. At Smith Steel, we weld all our purlin and girt clips on in our shop so they don’t have to be attached in the field. All primary framing members are custom made for each job. We don’t use mass produced universal members. No time consuming field clip attachment or sorting through multiple hole patterns to assemble the primary structure. Doors and windows are hung on solid frames, not flimsily attached wall panel systems. We design and manufacture our buildings for simplicity, quality and ease of erection, not low production cost.
We triple check everything before it leaves the plant. And when we pull up with the truck, be assured that all the parts are on it – everything needed to assemble and erect efficiently.
